Outside Izzie's room, Alex and Callie are arguing about whether or not Izzie is strong enough to handle the news. Callie thinks she's strong enough and they can't wait because George's organs won't be viable anymore for long. Callie needs Izzie to help her decide and the other reason is that Izzie will never forgive him if they unplug George without letting her say goodbye. Alex watches his wife.
Lexie walks by Louise and Owen, into Clara's room to say goodnight. Clara says goodnight to and moves her fingers while doing so. Lexie comments it's huge that she just waved goodbye, but Clara doesn't think so. Clara's clearly depressed. Lexie points towards Louise and tells Clara they buried her son this week. He had an accident, wasn't even as bad of as she was, yet, he didn't make it. Lexie knows it doesn't feel like it, but it's a miracle that she lived. Lexie says she should call her mom because she'd want to know the truth. Clara calls her a stupid little bitch and says they shoul've let her die. She has one working hand and may never walk again. She claims that they had no business saving her life and that George and his mother are better off than she is. While Clara keeps on yelling to let her die, she starts bleeding from her incisions. Lexie urges her to stop and calls for help. Owen rushes into the room while Bailey is standing outside, frozen.
Caroline (Candice Accola) tries to find a way to break the spell that keeps them away from Mystic Falls while she believes Stefan (Paul Wesley) tries to find a way to bring Damon and Bonnie back when in reality he lives in Savannah where he works as a mechanic and he is in a relationship with a girl named Ivy (Emily C. Chang) ignoring Caroline's phone calls and voice mails. When Elena calls him to ask him how the research for bringing Damon and Bonnie back is going, Stefan tells her that he gave up because there is no way to do it, he said his goodbye and moves on with his life.
Lydia comes back with some sheet music for a Dvorak duet so they can play together. Dr. House asks her why she keeps coming to him, and she says they are just friends. He's afraid that someone is going to get hurt. She tells him everything comes to an end, but it doesn't mean they can't enjoy themselves. He says goodbye to her.
House goes to visit Lydia, whose young son answers the door. Lydia comes to the door and tells House her family always wanted to move to Phoenix to be closer to her husband's company, and now they can, since Annie is better. She apologizes for not coming to say goodbye, but says she can't break up her family and has to go with them.
Dr. Nolan is about to leave when he finds House in the parking lot. House tells Dr. Nolan that Lydia left him and that he feels lost. Dr. Nolan agrees to write the letter to recommend the reinstatement of his medical license. Dr. House wants to know if he is just being nice, but Dr. Nolan tells him that he's doing it because he connected to another person and that he came to see him about the pain instead of running to take drugs. He tells House to go get a good night's sleep so he can say goodbyes the next day.
House: She left and I'm lost. Dr. Nolan: I'm going to write your letter to the medical board recommending that they give your license back. House: You can't just console me by giving me a lollipop when I skin my knee. Dr. Nolan: Well, two things just happened. You got hurt, which means you got connected to someone else strongly enough to miss them. And more important, you recognize the pain and came to talk to me instead of hiding from it in the vicodin bottle. The fact that you're hurting and you came here, the fact that you're taking your meds, and we're talking right now. Come inside and get some sleep. Tomorrow you can say your goodbyes.
The gang finds a note from Giles, stating that he's already left and isn't one for goodbyes. Not about to accept a silent escape, the Scooby Gang tracks him down at the airport and he gets a proper farewell with presents, signs, balloons, and tears. After Giles departs, Willow, Xander, Anya and Tara return home for final preparations and then head to the cemetery. They prepare the ritual, sitting around Buffy's grave and Willow begins the spell. While performing the spell, Willow's skin is cut by invisible blades, large insects appear to crawl underneath her skin, and a large snake is produced from her mouth, but Tara insists that they can't stop.
After the fire that ended Season 5, surprisingly, all members of Firehouse 51 (Engine 51, Ambulance 61, Truck 81, Squad 3 and Battalion 25) return to their normal lives, including Mouch and Casey. A new friend is introduced to Firehouse 51 by the name of Hope. While Casey is honored in a Medal of Valor ceremony attended by dozens of uniformed members, he and Dawson reconnect. Meanwhile, Mouch has a new outlook on life and he still feels and seems the same way he was before and after his heart attack in the Season 5 Finale and signs everyone up for the firefighters muster with another house. Has Cruz come on good terms with Mouch That remains to be seen. Mouch delivers a moving speech about how much he loves his coworkers and how he has not had enough time with Trudy or his coworkers at 51, his brothers and sisters. He hopes that he will not have to stare down a dark tunnel ever again. A high school fire hits close to home for Boden, Casey, and Severide, along with Boden's wife Donna, and they try to find out who the culprit is. Casey obeys Dawson after she reminds him to not tell her goodbye again. This means the two want parallel future times. For the most part, everyone at 51 is back for action in Season 6 of Chicago Fire!
While Firehouse 51 was left physically unharmed, Dawson came out of the ordeal emotionally scarred by the prospect of losing her husband forever. She tried to play it cool when her dad encouraged her to talk to someone, but later broke down and made Casey promise to never say goodbye to her again. 59ce067264
